- Daily rate: based on a 24-hour rental period. For example, a Rental from June 15 10:00 to June 16 10:am = 1 day rental - Additional Drivers Fee: renters can add up to 3 additional drivers at no extra cost. - Admin & Booking Fee (5%): this fee applies to all rentals (campervans only) and covers various costs, including reservation preparation and contract amendment fees. - One-way Liability Coverage (For Campervans): Covers A Liability Reduction fee (Cover One) is required for all hires, in addition to your daily hire rate. Coverage includes liability, windshield, and tire damages. Collision damages to the car are not covered; the deductible is $3,000. To opt for a $500 deductible for collision damages, please choose CDW Campers $500 Deductible. Please note that damages on unsealed roads, out-of-area use, or prohibited areas are not covered. These options are subject to the rental agreement's terms and conditions and will be void if the agreement is breached. This includes incidents involving dangerous driving (e.g., speeding, driving while intoxicated, falling asleep at the wheel, or single-vehicle rollover). - Collision Damage Waiver (For Regular Cars): Covers collision, windshield, and tire damages. Deductible is $500. Renters are responsible for the full cost of any damage incurred due to agreement violations. Please note, damages on unsealed roads, out-of-area use, or prohibited areas are not covered. These options are subject to the rental agreement's terms and conditions and will be void if the agreement is breached, including incidents involving dangerous driving (e.g., speeding, driving intoxicated, falling asleep at the wheel, or single-vehicle rollover). - KM / Mileage Allowance: For campervans, the limit is 160 km per day. For regular cars, we include 200 km per day, 1,000 km per week, and 3,000 km per month. If renters go beyond the limit, we charge 15 cents per extra km. Extra mileage packages can also be purchased on the checkout page.

Kindly inform us via email at wickedcampersrichmond@gmail.com with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to comply will incur a charge equivalent to the total rental fee. Deposit is non-refundable.

- Collecting: Renters need to bring their own pillows and blankets. Additionally, all drivers must be present in person to sign the rental agreement. - Returning: Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same clean condition as received at pickup. Detailed cleaning is not required, simply ensure it is returned in the same condition. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned dirty. - Can I extend my hire? Depending on our schedule, you can easily extend your rental by emailing us at wickedcampersrichmond@gmail.com with your reservation number.
